Privacy Policy

What we collect

BE SHAPED is a private coaching service. To deliver it, we collect only what the service needs:

• Account details — your name and email address (via email sign-up or Google Sign-In).
• Training history — sessions you complete, effort scores, notes, weekly check-ins, daily energy and mood entries.
• Measurements — weight, hips and waist values you choose to log.
• Photos — progress and meal photos you choose to upload.
• Messages — your conversation with your coach inside the app.

Who can see your data

You and your coach. No one else. Photos are stored in a private archive — they are never public, never shared, and every client can only ever access her own. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Transactional emails (such as password resets) are delivered via Resend. If you use Google Sign-In, Google confirms your identity to us; we receive only your name and email address.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active — your full history is part of the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data, including photos.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to your coach in the app or email hello@beshaped.fit, and a person answers.

Cookies

The app uses only the essential cookies required to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version will always live at this address, with the effective date above.
